Fiona Garcia is a visual designer from the Dominican Republic. She moved to the United States as a college student studying design and successfully worked for many national and international clients on H1B visa. However, after 5-6 years on the visa and a few layoffs, Fiona felt the urgency to find a visa that was more permanent. She learned that there is the possibility of self-petition if one can prove their achievements in their respective fields.
We worked with Fiona to create a customized plan that helped her win 6 international awards in design within 3 months. She was accepted to numerous judging panels as well as exhibitions that landed her work in Europe. Within 7 days of submitted the petition, Fiona was granted the EB1 green card.
