From September 24, 2026, our O-1 visa agent sponsorship costs $2,000 for the first year and $500 for each year after that. Here is how that change applies to you if you signed up with us before that date.
This pricing takes effect on September 24, 2026, and applies to every agent sponsorship agreement signed on or after that date.
If you are on our agent sponsorship right now, we will bill your next payment at the new rate. For your current approval period, you will never pay more in total than the new pricing. If you have already paid that much or more, you owe nothing further for the rest of your current approval period. We do not refund payments made under earlier pricing.
When you extend your O-1 or need an amended petition, we bill that filing at the pricing in effect at that time.
If your agent sponsorship ended before September 24, 2026, your agreement and the fees you paid under it stay as they were.
If you have a question about your own account, email us at hello@topimmigrants.com.
